Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This copyright policy outlines our procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement and the actions we take in response to such claims.

Notification of Infringement:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notification containing the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to contact the copyright owner, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Action Taken:

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, we will take the following actions:

  1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. Notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material, providing them with a copy of the copyright infringement notification and requesting that they respond within a specified period.
  3. Upon receiving a response from the user denying the allegations of copyright infringement, we may provide the copyright owner with a copy of the user's response and allow them to pursue further action if desired.
  4. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the material is indeed infringing or if the user fails to respond to the notification within the specified period, we will continue to enforce the removal or disabling of the infringing material.

Counter Notification:

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a copyright infringement notification is not infringing or that you have the necessary rights to post and use the material, you may submit a counter notification to our designated copyright agent. The counter notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in which your address is located and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.

Please send the counter notification to our designated copyright agent at the address provided above.

Please note that we may provide a copy of the counter notification to the original copyright owner. If we receive further notification that the original copyright owner has filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction against the allegedly infringing material, we may continue to disable access to the material until a resolution is reached or a court order is issued.
